Our unique technology (Contact Force Autonomous Correction Technology (ACT)) enables end effectors to automate skilled tasks such as polishing and grinding, which were previously deemed impossible, while achieving reduced cycle times and high-quality finishes. In response to variations in workpiece dimensions and other changes in the processing target, the system autonomously corrects the contact force instantaneously, ensuring uniform processing with consistent contact force. Gravity compensation is also performed autonomously, applying uniform contact force regardless of angle, and easily maintaining finishing quality for workpieces with R shapes and more. Additionally, due to the high correction speed, even when increasing the robot's trajectory speed, the contact force remains constant, allowing for processing and achieving reduced cycle times.
