Our unique technology (Autonomous Contact Force Correction Technology (ACT)) enables end effectors to automate skilled tasks such as polishing and grinding, which were previously considered impossible, while achieving shorter cycle times and high-quality finishes. In response to variations in workpiece dimensions and other changes in the processing target, the system autonomously corrects the contact force instantly, ensuring uniform processing with consistent contact force. Gravity compensation is also performed autonomously, applying uniform contact force regardless of angle, allowing for easy setup and consistent finishing quality even for R-shaped workpieces. Additionally, due to the high correction speed, the contact force can be maintained constant even when the robot's trajectory speed is increased, achieving reduced cycle times.
