Joint research with Kagoshima University / Effects and efficacy of sterilization and cleaning in food manufacturing factories and restaurants "ZENON Special Alkaline Electrolyzed Water / SDGs Report (4)"

As a joint research project with Kagoshima University and Campus Create, we have compiled the findings from three research themes conducted since April 2022 into the "Joint Research Report" as part of the [SDGs Report-4].
[1: Sterilization Edition]
Verification of the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Escherichia coli suspended cells and biofilm formation.
[2: Cleaning Edition]
Verification of the cleaning effect of "hard-to-clean fats (from sweet potatoes and others)" that firmly adhere to the walls of fermentation tanks in brewing processes (food manufacturing factories).
[3: Comparison Edition]
Comparative verification of the antibacterial and cleaning effects of alcohol and chemical detergents in restaurant kitchens.
