Exhibition of the Nano Micronization Device G-smasher at the International Nanotechnology Comprehensive Exhibition.

We will exhibit our "Nano Micronization Device G-smasher" at the International Nanotechnology Exhibition and Conference (nano tech 2010).
The G-smasher is a device that uses a Laval nozzle to generate a supersonic air jet, which atomizes a slurry into droplets and collides them (droplet collision method) for micronization. The slurry supplied to the Laval nozzle is atomized to an average particle size of 10 μm due to the adiabatic expansion of compressed air, while being accelerated and colliding with the impact plate at supersonic speeds. When the supersonic droplets collide with the impact plate, shock waves are generated within the droplets and in the liquid film on the surface of the impact plate, causing the internal agglomerated particles to be broken up and dispersed.
