[New Construction Video] Soil Improvement Work Using Self-Propelled Soil Improvement Machine

By improving with MT-2, it is now possible to enhance high moisture content clay soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine!

We would like to introduce examples of construction using the high cement content soil improvement agent MT series. This work involves creating improved soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine. Until now, the challenge has been that high moisture content mud could not be processed by the self-propelled soil improvement machine. As a first treatment, we improved the soil with MT-2, which made it suitable for processing by the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Subsequently, the MT-2 improved soil was further treated with quicklime as a secondary process using the self-propelled soil improvement machine. We would like to introduce a case study of the MT series high cement content soil improvement agent. This project involves the restoration of a gas pipe buried underground. During the excavation of the shaft, groundwater was encountered at depths of 10 to 30 meters, causing mud and muddy water to hinder the construction. Additionally, the temporary storage yard was small, necessitating the immediate removal of the mud. As a solution, MT-1 was adopted, and this product was added to the mud mixed with quality soil for improvement. The improved soil was promptly transported to an improvement plant located about 15 kilometers away. The main objective of this project was the restoration of the gas pipe, and there were concerns about the time and costs associated with the removal of the mud. This is an air leak tester for battery cases of electric vehicles (EVs). The battery case has the characteristic of being "large with a significant internal volume, and its structure may deform due to internal pressure." As a result, air leak testing generates "noise caused by its large size and capacity" and "noise caused by expansion or deformation due to internal pressurization." To mitigate this noise, this device features a newly developed smoothing function and a linear fitting correction function used in combination during measurement.
