Unmanned operation of industrial machinery in factories can be done safely / New product for abnormal temperature monitoring panel.

■Overview of Abnormal Temperature Monitoring Panel
1. It consists of temperature detection sensors, control devices (relays), and alarms. The power supply is an AC adapter. This is a so-called abnormal temperature monitoring panel that combines temperature detection sensors.
2. The control devices are housed in the monitoring panel, and an alarm and power switch are mounted on the side. Additionally, a wired temperature detection sensor is connected to the external input terminal of the control device, and a wired terminal is connected to the external output terminal.
3. The monitoring panel is installed around industrial equipment, and wired temperature detection sensors are attached to load devices (motors) and power supply lines that may pose a risk of abnormal temperature leading to fire, connecting them to the external input terminal of the monitoring panel.
4. A wired terminal (for power circuit interruption) is connected in series to the coil power circuit of the main power controller (Mg·S) of the industrial equipment at the external output terminal of the monitoring panel.
5. For example, when an abnormal temperature occurs in the load devices or power supply lines of the industrial equipment, the installed wired temperature detection sensor (A contact) detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through the alarm. Simultaneously, the wired terminal for external output (B contact) interrupts the main power circuit of the industrial equipment.
6. In this way, by detecting abnormal temperatures that could lead to fire in industrial equipment and interrupting the power supply, it is possible to prevent damage to the machinery and potential fires.
