A stainless steel stirring device specialized for the uniform mixing of liquids and powders. Effective for powders that float on the liquid surface or clump together.

The negative pressure generated by the liquid flow of the pump draws the powder from the hopper into the piping, mixing it with the liquid in advance. This prevents the formation of clumps in the powder and floating on the liquid surface, reducing the mixing time until it is uniformly dispersed.

• Other processing machines

A stainless steel mixer that can rotate with the container. It is suitable for mixing powders and solid + liquid (such as seasoning food or coloring pellets).

This is a device that attaches lever band-type CTL-36 and 43 containers and rotates them to mix the contents. It can be used for mixing powders and granules in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes that cannot be done with a stirrer, as well as for seasoning food. Since there are no stirring blades or similar components, mixing can be done without damaging the materials. The containers are rotated and mixed while remaining sealed, eliminating concerns about foreign matter contamination. Because the containers are detachable, you can simply change the container to mix the next material without taking the time to clean and dry it.
