[Notice] We have received the "Export Control Internal Regulations Acceptance Certificate" from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Recently, S. Isaacs & Co. has been working on enhancing the effectiveness of security trade management by formulating internal export control regulations and submitting them to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. We have received a "Receipt for Internal Export Control Regulations" as the ministry has evaluated the content of these regulations as appropriate.
The formulation and submission of internal export control regulations is not only a minimum obligation that export companies must fulfill under Article 55-10 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, but it also aims to expand the scope of self-management to include the provisions of stricter compliance requirements under the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and related regulations. This initiative is recommended by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to further ensure compliance with export-related laws, including the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act.
Moving forward, S. Isaacs & Co. will continue to thoroughly comply with security trade management regulations and promote efforts related to exports in the industrial sector. Additionally, for businesses that have concerns about their own compliance systems, we would be grateful if you would consider utilizing our services.
