Are you maintaining the MSL (Moisture Level)?

Everyone,
Are you properly managing the moisture control of semiconductor electronic components?
Recently, most semiconductor electronic components have an MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) of 3 or higher, making humidity management crucial.
Once opened, they tend to absorb moisture rapidly, and during processes like reflow, the moisture can vaporize and cause expansion cracks.
There are levels defined by JEDEC standards, and the floor life varies accordingly.
If you cannot repackage them quickly after opening, you should store them in a moisture-proof cabinet, or if the floor life has expired, you will need to perform baking treatment again.
Our company has constant temperature chambers, moisture-proof cabinets, and vacuum packaging machines.
There will be additional costs, but please consult us if you have any requests.
Baking times vary depending on the package.
