The "HEAT SHIFT Fire and Smoke Watcher for Vehicle Carrier," an abnormal temperature rise, smoke, and flame detection system for car carriers, will be released and shipping will begin on September 20, 2024.
CD Networks Inc. (Chuo Ward, Tokyo) has launched the "HEAT SHIFT Fire and Smoke Watcher for Vehicle Carrier" system for car carriers, starting shipments on September 20, 2024. This system employs the latest AI image analysis technology to provide early smoke detection capabilities at the initial stages of a fire, as well as rapid detection of sudden temperature increases (with customizable time and temperature range settings) and quick anomaly detection for flames. This allows for faster fire detection compared to conventional smoke-only fire detection systems, enhancing the effectiveness of initial firefighting efforts in case of an emergency and ensuring the safety of both crew members and cargo.
