[KG TruckCALL Implementation Case] Yamazaki Baking Co., Ltd.
We would like to introduce a case where Yamazaki Baking Co., Ltd. implemented 'KG TruckCAL' with the aim of moving away from analog management of delivery vehicles, waiting for loading, and loading operations.
At this factory, approximately 50 trucks deliver raw materials for bread daily, totaling about 1,500 trucks monthly, leading to the decision to transition from analog management of delivery vehicles, waiting for loading, and loading operations.
After the implementation, drivers register at the reception terminal installed at the security office when entering the factory. A business terminal was set up in the materials department, allowing real-time confirmation of the truck registration status and enabling calls to the loading bays.
