Completion: Green infrastructure facilities have been developed at Oshima Komatsugawa Park.

As the designated manager, our company has developed five green infrastructure facilities, "bioswales" and "rain gardens," within Oshima Komatsugawa Park (Koto City, Tokyo) as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's initiative for "green infrastructure projects that contribute to rainwater runoff control." These facilities collect and store rainwater, allowing it to slowly permeate into the ground, thereby reducing the volume of water flowing into sewers and rivers, preventing flooding and inundation. Additionally, they create cool spots that alleviate surrounding heat and contribute to expanding habitats for living organisms. Our company has designed and constructed these facilities, and we plan to conduct monitoring surveys in the future.
