The powerful air conveyor, the ejector, is a suction device (pump) that operates as a high-speed air conveyor without the need for a vacuum tank or similar equipment. [Additional Explanation] ◆ The recommended type of ejector varies depending on the type and condition of the material being conveyed. When considering a purchase, please inform us of your requirements using the "Quotation Request Form" in the catalog to avoid any issues. ◆ Due to significant fluctuations in the prices of materials (such as stainless steel), please request a quote each time regarding pricing. ◆ The number following "JT" generally indicates the diameter of the suction side. (There may be slight discrepancies between the model number and actual size due to differences in size expressions such as inches.) ◆ As a guideline for selecting a model, it is advisable to choose one where the conveyed material is approximately half to one-third the diameter. ◆ The ejector is not well-suited for conveying highly viscous materials. ◆ While it is not adept at conveying materials that solidify upon gripping, it can handle such materials if they are mixed with more fluid substances. (Note: Materials with a shake-level viscosity can be conveyed, but mortar is not suitable as it solidifies inside and makes cleaning difficult.) ● The production time for casting prototypes can be shortened! Since model production is not required, the time needed to create prototypes, which previously took about a month, can be significantly reduced. ● Model costs can be reduced! By directly producing sand molds from 3D data, there is no need for model production costs. If changes to the model are necessary, they can be addressed by modifying the 3D data. ● Similar products with different shapes and dimensions can be prototyped simultaneously!
