Energize has been supporting students who aim to study at overseas universities and work for Japanese companies for 15 years. One of the representative activities of Energize is the "ASEAN CAREER FAIR with JAPAN" (ACF). ACF started in 2013 as a unique initiative to connect Japanese companies, ASEAN talent, and universities, and has now grown into the largest ASEAN talent recruitment project. Each year, nearly 2,000 candidates apply for this event, and only those whose enthusiasm and excellence for working in Japanese companies are recognized pass the preliminary selection and attend the event. The last event had 618 attendees, all of whom participated in ACF to meet Japanese companies.
