The expressive power of ceramics that transcends creation. The arrival of Roland DG's new 3D printer.

Roland DG Corporation announces the release of two models of powder 3D printers, the PB-600 and PB-400, designed to make the production of ceramic products, which require special skills and know-how, easily accessible to everyone.
The PB series is a type of 3D printer that creates three-dimensional objects by layering a specialized powder, which is solidified one layer at a time using a liquid binding agent (binder) ejected from the print head. The specialized powder used is the artificial ceramic "BRIGHTORB(R)." This technology allows anyone to produce and replicate complex ceramic shapes that were previously only possible for a limited number of skilled artisans, as well as artistic interior objects, ceramic panels, ceramic walls, and even replicas of fine arts and pottery that have intricate structures difficult to achieve by hand.
The printer comes standard with slicing software that converts 3D data of models created with 3D CAD or 3D CG software into output data. The printer can be intuitively operated from a monitor attached to the product itself, making it user-friendly even for beginners.
