Our company's unique press-fitting management system, "Atsukan PQC Series," has a history of over 30 years and boasts more than 3,000 successful installations. Developed by a team of assembly machine professionals, it follows the AC servo nut runner designed to streamline screw tightening operations and ensure quality. This system consolidates the know-how of the press-fitting process, one of the assembly tasks, and is built on a highly reliable hydraulic cylinder.

A high-performance hybrid unit with an independent hydraulic drive unit equipped with a hot water servo.

In response to customer feedback, we have developed the drive unit section that was set with our Atsukan servo actuator as an independent unit. In addition to the existing small to medium flow servo units (1.1cc, 3.5cc, 11cc), we have now added larger flow servo units (19cc, 30cc, 40cc, 60cc) to our lineup. The addition of the large servo units enables high-speed operation at high thrust. Despite their size, they offer excellent energy efficiency (operating energy efficiency is 85-95%). They can be easily mounted on hydraulic actuators equipped with various length sensors and load sensors. Being hybrid, they use a small amount of operating oil, making them environmentally friendly servo units.

A dedicated servo controller featuring a high-speed CPU has been introduced, enabling advanced load control, speed control, and positioning control with simple operation in a hydraulic servo system.

We have completed the advanced energy-saving intelligent hydraulic control unit "Atsukan Servo/PQCS2 Series," which combines a direct drive hydraulic servo with excellent economic efficiency and a cylinder equipped with load and length measurement sensors, in an environment without control valves and piping. The data from the built-in position sensor and load sensor in the cylinder enables arbitrary load and positioning control. (The cylinder with load sensor has been patented in the United States, Japan, and eight European countries.) This is an air leak tester for battery cases of electric vehicles (EVs). The battery case has the characteristic of being "large with a significant internal volume, and its structure may deform due to internal pressure." As a result, air leak testing generates "noise caused by its large size and capacity" and "noise caused by expansion or deformation due to internal pressurization."
