Special Lecture: mRNA Drug Development Based on Chemistry - Agilent Mid-Molecule Pharmaceutical Analysis Webinar - Introduction of the Latest Technologies for Oligonucleotides and Peptides

New challenges have arisen in the manufacturing and quality control of mid-sized molecular drugs and nucleic acid drugs, particularly in the management of impurities and quantitative analysis, which have become important themes. In this webinar, we will introduce the latest analytical technologies and solutions provided by Agilent, taking into account the current status and challenges of nucleic acid drugs. Through innovative technologies, including the new product "InfinityLab Pro iQ," we aim to provide information that will assist in solving challenges in your research and development as well as quality control.

[Special Lecture] "Chemistry-Based mRNA Drug Development"
Nagoya University Graduate School of Science, Department of Science, Material and Life Chemistry, Laboratory of Biological Organic Chemistry
Speaker: Mizuki Tada, Professor Hiroshi Abe
The challenges in mRNA drug development are the management of mRNA purity and the low stability of mRNA itself. We have been addressing these challenges based on chemistry. For example, we have developed a complete chemical synthesis method for mRNA and have been working on the development of stable mRNA with modified nucleic acids using this method. Today, we will introduce the latest research status focusing on this technology.
