Participation in the entrance ceremony for the 5th term students of the Ocean Research 3D Super Science Project.
On July 31, 2025 (Thursday), we sponsored the "Marine Research 3D Super Science Project 5th Term Entrance Ceremony / First Class" held at Tokyo Port City Takeshiba by providing the resin material "Ekimate" for light-curing 3D printers.
This project aims to produce individuals who can excel in various fields in the future through research on marine organisms utilizing the latest 3D technology, as well as to cultivate individuals who can deeply pursue their interests. With the support of experts in the marine field, each participant will select a theme related to a marine organism and conduct research. They will learn 3D modeling from the basics to practical applications, and through approximately eight months of classes, they will create original 3D works as their final output, utilizing their research on marine organisms.
In this fifth term of the project, 11 middle school students selected from across the country will meet for the first time at the entrance ceremony. This event is part of the "Nippon Foundation's 'Ocean and Japan Project'," which aims to connect people through the ocean to pass on a rich and beautiful sea to the next generation.
