Explosion-proof painting robot "Swan C" compatible with spindle lines transitions from fixed gun method to robot painting. Significant improvement in high cost structure.

The painting robot Swan C, which significantly improves the painting costs of the spindle line painting system, uses a dedicated robot equipped with 16 guns instead of the conventional fixed gun method. One gun is responsible for one workpiece and completes the painting (finishing). This spindle line-compatible painting robot achieves a coating efficiency of approximately 42%. The specialized painting technology "R Technology" from Takubo Engineering enables cost-effective painting. It can be easily installed in front of existing spindle lines.
