It was confirmed that the thawing of drums with the Proton thawing machine could be completed in one day year-round. Therefore, a customized proposal for the introduction of a large differential pressure rapid thawing machine and storage facility was made, maintaining high quality without compromising the freshness and flavor of 100% juice.
