Pioneers challenging the further development of ceramic AM passionately discuss the forefront in a <Zoom online seminar> - Achieving innovative parts creation, short-term prototyping and manufacturing, weight reduction, significant reduction in the number of parts, and reduction in processes and workforce through complex shapes and integrated structures that can only be realized with ceramics 3D printers, as well as hollow and porous structures.

Ceramics 3D printers enable the creation of complex shapes that were previously impossible, such as integrated structures, hollow and porous structures, and lattice/honeycomb structures, leading to the development and creation of attractive parts, rapid prototyping and manufacturing of parts, significant reduction in the number of parts, lightweight and compact designs, and a reduction in manufacturing processes and workforce. In this seminar, we will present examples of innovative parts created using the 3DCeram Sinto ceramics 3D printer by Shin-Toh V-Ceramics, which boasts world-class technological capabilities, various molding examples, and cases where Ricoh has achieved high-quality manufacturing of high-density and high-strength ceramic parts through particle homogenization molding technology using binder jetting ceramics 3D printers. Additionally, we will discuss the latest trends and short-time molding technologies and examples of high-performance ceramics 3D printers developed by As One, suitable for dental and regenerative medicine, which enable high quality and low cost, as well as efforts in large part and black part manufacturing using LIS technology for mass production, material development using LSD technology, and an overview and features of the "SZ series" ceramics 3D printer developed by SKE Fine, which employs a new photopolymerization method. We will explain various 3D molding technologies, applications, and examples of ceramic materials based on numerous research results and a wealth of molding achievements.
