Human Resource Shortage Countermeasure Seminar - No-Code Tools Edition
In recent years, many Japanese companies have fallen into a chronic "labor shortage." Among them, the number of workers in the manufacturing industry has been decreasing year by year, increasing the severity of the situation.
On the other hand, Japan's manufacturing industry accounts for 20% of the country's gross domestic product and plays a central role in supporting the Japanese economy, as it requires some of the world's top-class advanced technologies.
Many in the manufacturing sector are currently aiming for "digital transformation (DX) of factories."
By utilizing systems within the limited workforce, DX aims to automate administrative tasks and produce results more efficiently, and many companies are now promoting this initiative.
However, the reality is that only those companies that can secure sufficient IT personnel to promote DX are able to advance in this area, and only a few companies have been able to implement DX.
In this seminar, we will focus on the "shortage of IT personnel" within the larger issue of "labor shortages in the manufacturing industry" and introduce countermeasures using no-code tools.
