Early detection of abnormal temperatures from the Buddhist altar / New product for Buddhist altar alarm system.

■Overview of the Buddhist Altar Alarm System
1. This is an abnormal temperature alarm system with a temperature sensor that connects a wired temperature memory sensor to a general security alarm circuit consisting of an alarm, a pin switch, and a battery (DC 4.5V).
2. The wired temperature memory sensor connects to the temperature memory sensor via a connector. The pin switch is equipped with a strap and serves as a test switch for the alarm. It can also be used as a security (emergency) switch.
3. The Buddhist altar alarm system is installed in Buddhist altars or Shinto shrines where there is a risk of fire in the home.
4. The temperature memory sensor is placed near candles or incense on the altar, while the alarm is installed in a position less likely to be affected by abnormal temperatures associated with direct fire.
5. For example, when an abnormal temperature occurs due to incense or candles on the altar, the installed temperature memory sensor detects the abnormal temperature and the alarm notifies of the abnormal temperature.
6. In this way, abnormal temperatures from the altar can be detected early, preventing residential fires through initial extinguishing efforts. In case of personal accidents or emergencies, pulling the pin can activate the electronic buzzer for security (emergency) alarms.
[Note]: The temperature memory sensor is a product that combines soluble insulated wire (softening) and shape memory alloy (restoration). The set temperature is 80°C.
