There are two types: the cover lid type [ST-C] and the catch clip type sealed container [CTH-C]. The excellent slip properties make it difficult for contents to adhere, allowing for smooth discharge and reduced cleaning time. By adjusting the thickness of the coating, corrosion resistance can be enhanced. The [CTH-C] is a sealed container, preventing spillage of contents during transport and contamination by foreign substances during storage. Features of PFA: ○ Non-stick Most substances do not adhere, resulting in faster cleaning and increased efficiency. ○ Slip properties The friction coefficient is "the same as the surface of wet ice," allowing for smooth discharge of contents. ○ Heat resistance Generally capable of withstanding heating and cooling from 260°C to -240°C. ○ Non-wetting Repels both oil and water, remaining unaffected by most solutions, making it less prone to dirt. ○ Electrical properties Among all plastics, it has the best insulation and dielectric constant. ○ Corrosion resistance If designed to be pinhole-free, it is resistant to most chemicals.
