The WMF from Metra Toledo is a slim and compact high-precision weighing module specifically designed for multi-line automatic networks directly connected to control systems. It can be used as a standalone weighing module or in combination with multiple units. It can be integrated deep within machines or equipment, and it can also be integrated into glove boxes where robust equipment that is easy to clean is essential. It features omnidirectional shock protection ideal for robotic transport, and its dust and water resistance ratings are IP65/IP45.

• Weighing Control

The "CCS2" is a ceiling-mounted vehicle counting sensor that employs an infrared reflection method. It can detect vehicles in both directions with just one unit, accurately counting vehicles even during traffic jams or when vehicles pass each other. Additionally, this product can be used not only for vehicle counting but also as a sensor for departure warnings. Furthermore, by using a separately sold dedicated remote control, it is easy to reset the sensor alone, switch the counting direction, and change the patterns of the departure warning timer. 【Features】 ■ Angle adjustment is possible up to ±5° ■ Can be installed in locations with high ceilings up to 4m ■ Detection area consists of 40 spots, allowing for wide-range detection ■ The display LEDs are color-coded by direction, making operation confirmation easy.

The RNP-45 is a surface mount power film resistor designed to be compatible with the TO-252 package, weighing only 0.33 grams, with a thermal resistance of 3.0°C/W and a rated power of 45W. The resistive element is a pulse-resistant thick film, featuring excellent high-frequency characteristics with a reactance component of 2.7pF and 14.7nH, while also having a pulse power performance of 1kW-1µs despite its small size. The operating temperature range is from -55 °C to +175 °C. Additionally, it incorporates several design features, such as the removal of the metal flange to maximize the thermal performance of the resistor, compatibility with standard reflow SAC solder joints instead of wire bond connections, making it suitable for automatic mounting, an increased resistive element area to enhance surge performance, and the adoption of a 0.8mm substrate to strengthen bending stress.
