Effects of Implementation The implementation was based on confirming the effectiveness through actual machine tests conducted in the Shinagawa test room beforehand. It was confirmed that the thawing of drums with the Proton thawing machine could be completed in one day year-round. Therefore, a customized proposal for the introduction of a large differential pressure rapid thawing machine and storage facility was made, maintaining high quality without compromising the freshness and flavor of 100% juice.
