The "US-A1" is a reflective eccentricity measuring instrument capable of measuring and analyzing the angles of each lens surface through image processing. It can quickly capture the reflected image of the lens under test using dedicated analysis software. Measurement data can be recorded and edited on a computer. Stable measurements are made possible with a specially developed ultra-low-speed rotating motor stage and an electromagnetic suction pump. By removing the objective lens and lens rotation device, it can also be used as an autocollimator (f=200mm). It features a compact design and a long-lasting structure. Measurement of infrared lenses (IR lenses) that do not transmit visible light is also possible. The "CL-M1" is an eccentricity measuring device specifically designed for cylindrical lenses. It can measure the difference in distance (eccentricity deviation) and tilt (parallel deviation) from the reference line to the edge. For plano-convex and plano-concave lenses, it can also measure the inclination of the R surface relative to the plane. It is possible to measure the positional relationship between the edges of square lenses, such as finder lenses, and the optical axis. The "TR-A1" is a transmission and reflection hybrid eccentric measurement device capable of measuring lenses from small to large diameters. It allows for easy operation, enabling measurements of both reflection and transmission using the same procedure. It is suitable for optical axis adjustment (centering), eccentricity measurement, analysis, and bonding of lenses. Through reflection measurement, it is possible to analyze the surfaces of bonded lenses and lens units, making it suitable for lens development. The positions of the reflection images on each surface can be automatically calculated and measured. Transmission measurement is also suitable for measuring the entire lens and for bonding work (balsam).
