By setting it in our stainless steel tank (ST/CTL) and inverting the container, the contents of the powder can be discharged (or input) into equipment such as grinders. The connection parts are flat to prevent powder accumulation, ensuring that even expensive powders are not wasted. Additionally, the included PTFE gasket does not tear, preventing contamination of the contents. The chute is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust, and the gaps in the rolled edge are welded all around to prevent dirt and cleaning liquids from accumulating, making it very hygienic. It can also be used as a discharge chute when using an inversion lifter. Its thin and lightweight design makes it easy to handle. Specifications can be changed according to the application.

Reversible lifter compatible! Ribbed stainless steel airtight container.

The body of the lever band type stainless steel airtight container [CTL] has been ribbed. It can be sealed with a single touch using the included lever band, preventing spillage of contents and contamination from dust and other foreign substances. Made of stainless steel, it is resistant to rust and can be reused repeatedly, and the ribbing provides greater strength compared to standard products. The width and position of the ribs can be determined as desired. When installing the inverted lifter, the ribs act as a non-slip feature, making it an inverted discharge container when used in conjunction with the discharge chute [HTL].

Control valve for powder and granular materials! There are no sliding parts or obstacles on the passage surface, so it does not damage the contents.

This is a control valve for bulk materials, also known as an iris valve. It is used as a valve for discharging and feeding bulk materials. - The choke rope on the outside allows the sleeve (valve) to open and close smoothly like a lens shutter. - The powder contact area is covered with fabric, leaving no gaps for powder to enter. - There are no sliding parts or obstacles on the passage surface, so it does not damage the contents. - It has a hygienic connection type, making it easy to connect and disconnect. - The sleeve can be easily attached and detached with one touch, allowing for simple replacement and cleaning. - Flow rate adjustment can be done freely with a handle. - The material of the sleeve can be changed according to the contents.

In battery manufacturing lines, if components containing copper are used, there is a possibility that metal powder may mix in, dissolve, ionize, and pass through the separator, causing a malfunction that connects the positive and negative electrodes. Such minute metal powders may not be detected during pre-shipment inspections, and even if they are found, they can lead to various issues, such as the need to increase inspection processes to detect them. Therefore, Fukuda has developed a copper-free (all stainless steel) air leak tester that can be safely used in the production lines of battery manufacturers and secondary battery manufacturing equipment manufacturers.
