MiqusUnderWater was born from the technological prowess of the OQUSUnderWater system, which is the only one in the world capable of underwater motion capture measurement. Compared to the conventional OQUS Under Water, it has a weight of less than half and its compact design makes setup extremely easy. Of course, it is a motion capture camera fully completed for underwater use, having cleared the IP68 standard and 40m depth test.

Model ship motion analysis experiments can be conducted over a wide range. Qualisys supports long-range active markers, allowing it to recognize and track model ships located more than 100 meters away, which is impossible with standard markers. By using long-range active markers, it enables motion analysis of objects moving over large distances. Additionally, Qualisys has the world's only optical underwater camera, making it possible to obtain highly accurate underwater motion data that was previously unattainable. This opens up new possibilities for various research areas, including fishing gear, ship propellers, and naval research. Furthermore, by combining ground-based Qualisys cameras with underwater Qualisys cameras, it is also possible to integrate ground data with underwater data.

Oqus Underwater is a groundbreaking camera that enables optical motion capture underwater. Its specifications are nearly equivalent to those of the Oqus Standard camera, allowing for high-precision data output even with fast movements, just like the Standard camera series. Naturally, the measurement subjects only need to have reflective markers attached, making it less burdensome and allowing for measurements in a natural state. It is effective for data acquisition in motion analysis of swimmers, behavior of underwater robots, and operational verification of industrial equipment used underwater.

● This is a leak testing device for small electronic components that does not use fluorinated inert liquids (PFAS-free). ● There is no longer a need for unstable visual confirmation through liquid immersion testing.
