Safety net for slopes "An'ei Net"

On-site, the safety of workers is paramount! We propose a safety net for slopes that can be easily installed on standing trees!

At K.F., we propose the safety net "An'ei Net" to protect important workers from falling objects. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has revised the safety and health regulations, and Article 539-5 includes "Work Plans." This requires conducting and recording an investigation of the work site, creating a work plan based on that, and informing and carrying out the work with the relevant workers. Within this "Work Plan," there are measures to prevent dangers to workers from falling objects, and in the "Investigation and Record" section, there is an item regarding "the work area and below it..." Are measures being taken in your work environment to protect important workers from falling objects? 【Features】 ■ The flexibility of high-strength raschel knitted fabric and the effectiveness of high-strength, high-elasticity rope absorb a wide range of falling rock energy (maximum falling rock energy 100kJ) ■ Easily installed on standing trees ■ High shock absorption performance of the net and rope reduces the load acting on the supports ■ Components are compact, making them easy to transport and install ■ Can be reused if there are no significant injuries *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Grease for molds compatible with 800℃.

How to choose grease that can be used in high-temperature environments

  • NEW
  • PRODUCT

Various greases are used for the lubrication of molds and machine parts, but in high-temperature environments, the performance of standard lithium greases significantly decreases, leading to issues such as seizure and galling. So, how should one choose "high-temperature greases"? First, the heat resistance temperature should be noted. Typical lithium-based greases have a limit of around 200°C, but in mold environments, conditions can reach 400°C to 800°C. In such cases, high-temperature greases that use heat-resistant additives or special base oils are essential. Second, oxidation stability is also important. When the oil oxidizes due to rising temperatures, the lubricating film is lost, and component wear progresses rapidly. Third, the initial break-in performance should not be overlooked. The ability to form a smooth film during startup at high temperatures can greatly affect the lifespan. For example, the "Golden Grease Series" can handle mold environments up to 800°C due to its hybrid design of inorganic and organic components. It allows for lubrication, release, and rust prevention all at once, leading to more efficient mold maintenance. In workplaces struggling with high-temperature environments, choosing such specialized greases can achieve both increased production efficiency and cost reduction.

Added 'Kansai Expo x Optical Thin Films Episode: 2' to the technology trend keywords.

  • NEW
  • COMPANY

The 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo will feature the theme "Designing a Future Society Where Life Shines," showcasing numerous cutting-edge visual productions and experiential exhibits. Central to creating immersive video experiences that strongly engage visitors is projector technology. Supporting this performance at its core are optical thin films (optical filters) applied to lenses and optical components. As brightness and resolution increase, the quality of optical thin films directly impacts the clarity, color reproduction, and durability of the images. The "amazingness" of the video technology at this Kansai Expo has evolved beyond merely providing visual information to becoming a means of reconstructing the space itself. In particular, in the field known as "immersive video," stimulating multiple senses such as sight, hearing, and touch allows viewers to be drawn into the narrative, blurring the boundaries between reality and the virtual experience. 【1】The Power of Video Supporting Immersive Experiences 【2】What is a Three-Sided Screen? - The Key to Video Production Supported by Projectors 【3】What are the Representative Pavilions Where You Can Actually See a Three-Sided Screen at the Expo? 【4】What Optical Thin Films are Necessary for Projectors to Achieve a Three-Sided Screen? 【5】What is the Future Where Three-Sided Screens and Projectors are Introduced into Homes?
