The "UTF Coat Standard Type" is a fluorine coating technology that utilizes plasma treatment. By molecular bonding through plasma, it enhances the adhesion between the substrate and the coating, preventing peeling. Due to its ultra-thin film of 6-7 nm, it can be processed without worrying about dimensional accuracy, and its non-stick, water-repellent, and oil-repellent effects last for a long time.
