O-rings, Koyama, and Kamaru used in semiconductor liquid crystal manufacturing equipment and various large devices are often produced using the joint baking method commonly referred to as 'Feeding Bake' due to the use of many types of non-standard large diameter sizes.
The joints of the 'Feeding Bake' method are vulcanized together without any uncured parts, resulting in properties equivalent to a seamless O-ring.
Since we manufacture different sizes for each piece, a typical delivery time is usually over one month; however, we can produce them in 2 to 3 weeks, and in as little as one week at our company. If you specify the shape, material, wire diameter, and inner diameter, we accept orders starting from one piece.
