"JQA Automotive EMC Laboratory Network" provides seamless testing solutions to enhance customer convenience.

We provide in-vehicle EMC testing services that respond to technological innovations such as electric vehicles (EVs) and autonomous driving, as well as the unique testing requirements of the automotive industry, at three locations: Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. We are gradually equipping testing facilities that can accommodate international standards, including CISPR and ISO standards, as well as the standards of various automobile manufacturers. In addition to in-vehicle equipment EMC testing, we also support the acquisition of E-mark certification based on ECE Regulation 10 (R10), testing based on wireless communication regulations in various countries, and obtaining certifications in those countries, addressing a wide range of needs related to in-vehicle equipment. 【Main Testing Facilities】 - The Tokyo area has two anechoic chambers for in-vehicle equipment EMC testing, power supply equipment capable of supplying up to 1,000 volts, and a reverberation chamber, which have been operational since January 2021. - The Osaka area has two 10m anechoic chambers as a comprehensive EMC testing facility, and one anechoic chamber for in-vehicle equipment EMC testing has been operational since October 2019. - The Nagoya area has three anechoic chambers for in-vehicle equipment EMC testing, power supply equipment capable of supplying up to 1,000 volts, and a reverberation chamber, which have been operational since May 2021. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

• EMC Testing

We propose the optimal application route through our partner overseas organizations to customers who are advancing the acquisition of overseas certifications for electrical products and the like, and we handle the application procedures on their behalf.

We can act on your behalf for the application procedures for safety, EMC, and communication certifications in over 120 countries. You can request the application procedures for certifications in multiple countries and regions all at once. Through our overseas partnership network with certification bodies and testing laboratories in various countries, we can conduct the necessary tests for certifications at our own testing facilities. Additionally, based on commissions from overseas certification bodies, we conduct factory inspections by our inspectors primarily within Japan. The EMC testing laboratory conducts internationally reliable tests compliant with ISO/IEC 17025, having obtained accreditation from VLAC, an ILAC-MRA accredited organization, as well as registration as a testing laboratory with IECEE and accreditation from Taiwan TAF. By using special bolts and reinforcement plates, cracks are physically removed, and repairs are made without causing any thermal impact on the base material. SPACECOOL Inc., which researches, develops, and sells the radiation cooling material "SPACECOOL" that releases heat into space to achieve zero-energy cooling, will exhibit at the "Jumbo Surprise Exhibition," a comprehensive trade fair for electrical materials and housing equipment, held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 17 (Friday) to April 18 (Saturday), 2026, and at Intex Osaka from April 24 (Friday) to April 25 (Saturday), 2026. This material is a new technology that enables zero-energy cooling by converting heat into infrared radiation and releasing it into space, without using any external power. By implementing it in outdoor air conditioning units and outdoor electrical equipment, it helps suppress internal temperature rises, contributing to stable operation of devices and reduction of air conditioning energy consumption, and is being recognized as a new carbon-neutral technology.
