Basotect is a soft foam made from melamine resin. Due to the properties of melamine resin and its dense cell structure, it possesses characteristics that have not been achieved by conventional foams and has excellent flame retardancy. Features 1. Lightweight: Very lightweight with a density of 6–9 kg/m³. 2. Flame Retardancy: Passes UL94 V-0, HF-1; compliant with A-A style 40mm flame retardancy for railway vehicle materials; passes FMVSS302. 3.
