Introduction of a laser marker that can engrave text and other designs on processed products.

This is a processing method that involves irradiating a laser to print on products. It allows for the expression of fine characters and logos that cannot be represented by printing or cutting. Since it does not use ink or plates, it is highly resistant to weather, abrasion, and chemicals. Additionally, because printing is done via PC control, it is also possible to mark variable information such as serial numbers, barcodes, and QR codes.
- It is suitable for mass production, such as sequential number management (lot numbers).
- Printing is possible on rubber sponge and polyethylene foam.
- Printing area = 300 mm x 300 mm
- Maximum thickness = 20 mm
★ Equipment Introduction
We can consistently process roll materials such as laser labels, including laminating, printing, waste removal, winding, and sheet cutting. Equipped with a CCD camera, it enables accurate printing while correcting positions. Furthermore, printing on sheets or individual products using jigs is also possible.
