The ZANITARY series is an advanced sanitary disk designed for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. This new design can be easily attached to standard type ferrules. <Features> ● Suitable for applications in the life sciences industry that require the highest levels of purity and chemical resistance. ● Design prevents debris from scattering. ● Sturdy metal disk design provides excellent protection for low-rated pressure devices. ● Operable up to 95% of the marked burst pressure. For values below 0.276 MPa, please refer to the table below. ● Additional testing allows for operation at 95% of the pressure ratio with a tolerance of ±5%. ● Passivated to reduce the possibility of contamination. ● The standard roughness of the finished surface is 4-20 µm Ra. ● Suitable for Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) applications.
