This is an insulating board made from Kyocera Chemical's BMC premix material, which has been heated and compression molded.

It is primarily composed of unsaturated polyester resin. We have a track record of insulating parts for distribution boards, vehicle components, heavy electrical equipment, and more, including parts for railway vehicles and insulation components related to plant construction. The heat resistance is typically 150°C. Compared to polyester glass mat laminated boards, its strength is inferior. However, it excels in electrical properties and heat resistance. It also has excellent machinability, making it suitable for various structural materials. There are several grades available, each with its own characteristics. We keep the general grade TC-F1 in stock. We also have grades that are resistant to salt, chemicals, acids, and sulfuric acid. All grades can be handled.

We offer a wide range of resin materials for various molded products, regardless of whether they are thermosetting or thermoplastic. We can also accommodate plastic resin processing.

It has excellent electrical properties, mechanical strength, heat resistance, and moisture resistance, making it an FRP that performs well in areas subjected to high mechanical strength and high pressure.

One of the main materials handled by our factory is a laminated board based on glass cloth. Since it uses glass cloth as the base material, it has greater strength than glass mat laminated boards. The heat resistance class is F, and we also handle higher grades with enhanced mechanical strength. Press cutting processing is possible for thicknesses below 3mm. It excels in electrical insulation, mechanical properties, and heat resistance, and has also passed the combustion test for railway vehicle materials (abbreviated as: vehicle material combustion test). We also handle higher grades such as FR-4 and G-11. NEMA standard: equivalent to G-10 / JIS standard: equivalent to EL-GEM.

A long-selling insulating material that is inexpensive and easy to machine.

It is a laminate made of paper substrate and cured with phenolic resin. It is a highly versatile and inexpensive insulator that is easy to machine. We have extensive experience in power distribution and vehicle applications. It is widely used in distribution boards, transformers, and vehicle insulators. Discoloration may occur over time, but there are no issues with quality. PL-PEV is a high-voltage grade that is a superior version of PL-PEM. Its applications are largely similar to those of PL-PEM, but it is often used when electrical properties are required. Its strength is inferior compared to glass laminates. JIS standards: PL-PEM, PL-PEV *We also handle paper-based phenolic resin laminates that comply with the combustion test for railway vehicle materials (railway material combustion test).

FRP reinforced with glass fibers. Numerous achievements in electrical insulation components for heavy electrical equipment, vehicles, and facilities, with thin plates used as shielding plates for circuit breakers and switches!

One of the main materials handled at our factory is an electric insulation laminated board made by impregnating, laminating, and molding a glass mat substrate with a specially formulated polyester resin. It features strength, heat resistance, and does not discolor. We have numerous cases of switching from phenolic materials. It also has good machinability, and mass production processing with press cutting is possible for thicknesses below 3mm. This material is used for electrical insulation components in heavy electrical equipment, railways, semiconductors, and electrical installations. Thin sheets have a proven track record as shielding plates for circuit breakers and switches. We offer three colors: red, white, and gray. It excels in insulation, arc resistance, and tracking resistance, and has obtained UL standard 94-V0 for heat resistance. The heat resistance class is Type B. We also have higher-grade options with enhanced flame retardancy.
