Super engineering plastics and thermosetting resins can be processed into complex shapes such as impellers using a simultaneous 5-axis machining machine.

Our company owns a 5-axis multi-tasking machine, the "OKUMA MULTUS U3000." With a maximum diameter of Φ650 and a distance between centers of 1,500mm, it can perform high-precision multi-surface machining with one chucking, and high-precision machining on six surfaces is also possible with synchronized opposing spindles.
