Additionally, as part of our environmental initiatives, we have installed a 150KW solar panel on the factory roof, which allows us to nearly self-supply the power consumption during daytime operations. It is possible to process thermoplastic plastics, super engineering plastics, large-scale processing of thermosetting resins, simultaneous five-axis machining, and precision machining of thin plates using an air suction device.

Our company owns one of the largest gantry machining centers in the industry, the "OKUMA MCV-All." It achieves a flatness of 0.01mm per 1000mm in plate thickness. The effective door width is 1,650mm, and the size of the table working surface is 3,100×1,200×1,280mm. ● This is a leak testing device for small electronic components that does not use fluorinated inert liquids (PFAS-free). ● There is no longer a need for unstable visual confirmation through liquid immersion testing. Since model making is not required, the production time for prototypes, which previously took about a month, can be significantly reduced. ● Model costs can be reduced! By directly creating sand molds from 3D data, there is no need for model production costs. If changes to the model are necessary, they can be addressed by modifying the 3D data. ● Similar products with different shapes and dimensions can be prototyped simultaneously!
