We have introduced "collaborative robots" to Aido Industrial Co., Ltd., enabling the automation of the air blow process!

Aichi Prefecture's Obu City is engaged in the OEM manufacturing of automotive parts through aluminum die casting and machining. Aido Industry faced the challenge of low profit margins despite increased sales due to a chronic labor shortage.
While devising countermeasures, they encountered 'UR Robots' at an exhibition and realized they could develop the system in-house. They began the implementation, and now 40 UR robots are in operation.
The challenges included a labor shortage, which resulted in high labor costs such as the salaries of temporary employees, leading to stagnant profits despite increased sales. Traditional industrial robots incurred high system costs, making it difficult to proceed with their introduction.
Over three years, they introduced 40 'UR Robots,' doubling productivity. Furthermore, by incorporating human intelligence into the robots, it became possible to further enhance productivity.
