The CentreCOM MMC200/MMC2000 series is a standalone media converter that converts 10/100/1000BASE-T twisted pair cables and fiber optic cables. It is compatible with smart missing link functionality, which automatically disconnects the link on the opposing device's 10/100/1000BASE-T port if the link on one of the 10/100/1000BASE-T ports is severed.
