[Case Study on Exhaust Odor Control] Water Supply and Sewerage Circulation Treatment Facility

As a measure against the exhaust odor from the wastewater treatment facility, we would like to introduce a case where we conducted a deodorization effectiveness test using our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200).
Regarding the exhaust odor from the carbonization device, there was a strong burnt smell, and it seemed that operations had to be temporarily halted due to complaints from local residents after the facility was completed and started running.
Therefore, we first extended the existing roof fan exhaust outlet with an aluminum flexible duct to draw in the odor using a line fan, and we installed a deodorization spray box (demo unit) at the suction point.
We conducted a total of three deodorization demo tests to collect and verify deodorization effectiveness data, which led to a request for the design of the Nioix deodorization system based on the collected data.
In March 2012, we introduced the Nioix deodorization system.

*We are conducting free demonstrations. If you would like to experience the effectiveness firsthand, please feel free to contact us.
