We will be exhibiting at the 2022 International Robot Exhibition (iREX2022) held at Tokyo Big Sight from March 9, 2022. At the Schmalz booth, you can see application demonstrations using seven robots, including the domestic debut of our vacuum grippers and tool changers. Additionally, we plan to showcase a variety of the latest vacuum equipment.

The SCG-HSS is a vacuum-type hand designed to stably transport workpieces with complex surface shapes, such as uneven implementation boards. Vacuum Gripper FQE

Perfect for transporting a variety of small items in large quantities! A versatile robot hand that enables handling of diverse workpieces without the need for changing stages.

The general-purpose vacuum gripper FQE is a small robotic hand that uses sponge or suction pads on its gripping surface. It is very effective for handling workpieces with gaps, workpieces that are not positioned accurately, and bulk transport of various sizes of workpieces. Since one hand can accommodate various workpieces, it eliminates the need for designing and exchanging hands tailored to specific workpieces, contributing to time savings and increased productivity. Additionally, since the FQE complies with ISO/TS 15066, it can be utilized not only in automated transport processes with industrial robots but also in collaborative work with humans using collaborative robots.
