The Active "Tabletop Spin Coater ACT-400AII" is a cost-effective standard machine for manual dripping, compatible with substrates up to □150mm and φ200mm. The rotation speed can be set in the range of 0 to 5000 rpm (up to 6000 rpm is possible if conditions such as substrate size are met), with a precision of less than ±1 rpm, which is very good. You can simultaneously set "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one-step operations, and it features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to achieve the desired conditions. The safety cover has a dripping hole (with a sliding cover) that allows dripping even while rotating. Equipped with an interlock sensor, it does not rotate unless it detects vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and it automatically stops rotating if the safety cover is opened during operation, ensuring safety.
