A new service "Earthquake Safety Chart" has been launched to provide a simple estimation of earthquake damage for mid- to low-rise buildings!

Hakusan Industrial Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fuchu City, Tokyo, President: Minoru Yoshida https://www.hakusan.co.jp/) has developed a new service called "Earthquake Safety Chart" for the simple estimation of earthquake damage to mid-rise buildings, which will be available starting March 24. The "Earthquake Safety Chart" estimates the damage status of three categories: "structure," "exterior walls and interior finishes," and "furniture and fixtures," based on the measured results of seismic sensors installed on the first and upper floors of the target building, specifically the "maximum inter-story drift angle" and "maximum acceleration," and provides guidance on the need for inspections.
