We are pleased to announce the release of "Fillie," the latest addition to our "NEXTAGE" series. "Fillie" is a humanoid collaborative robot developed with three key concepts: "compact size," "cost performance," and "highly compatible design," while also pursuing "practicality." While the "NEXTAGE" series has primarily been introduced in production environments, "Fillie" is designed to be utilized not only in traditional markets but also in new markets that involve human interaction. "It's stylish! It's cute! It's reliable!" "Fillie" is a highly flexible robot that can build relationships in any industry and with anyone. Additionally, we will be showcasing "Fillie" at the Kawada Robotics booth during the "2022 International Robot Exhibition" held at Tokyo Big Sight from March 9, 2022 (Wednesday). The "Mechanical Stitching Method" by Nichinichisui Road Machinery Co., Ltd. is a new technique that allows for the repair of metal cracks without the application of heat. By using special bolts and reinforcement plates, cracks are physically removed, and repairs are made without affecting the base material with heat. Repairs can be carried out in environments where open flames cannot be used.
