The Muromac HG series is a newly developed high-purity ion exchange resin designed to enable the high purification of various chemicals and process liquids required in the manufacturing process of electronic industrial products. ● To minimize elution from the resin, impurities such as metal and TOC contained in the resin are reduced in advance. ● Suitable for the purification of electronic material chemicals and process liquids in both aqueous and organic solvent systems. ● Specializes in the removal of ionic impurities in the ppm and ppb range.

High oxidation resistance elevated bridge cation exchange resin - Muromac UL series

The Muromac UL series is a high-level cross-linked cation exchange resin that has successfully achieved high oxidation resistance by increasing the degree of cross-linking, significantly reducing the leaching of high molecular weight organic substances. ≪Features of the UL Series≫ ● Due to its high degree of cross-linking, it exhibits outstanding oxidation resistance. ● Because of its excellent oxidation resistance, it has low organic substance leaching. ● It has low leaching of high molecular weight organic substances, which can cause performance degradation in anion resins. ● Compared to general-purpose resins, its exchange capacity is approximately 20% larger. ● With a larger exchange capacity, the amount of water that can be sampled is greater, reducing the frequency of regeneration. ● From these perspectives, it is expected to help suppress water quality deterioration, extend resin lifespan, and increase sampling capacity.
