We will hold a seminar titled "Fundamentals and Considerations of Cost Management in Project Execution" at the Rengokai Hall (formerly the Sohyo Hall) in Shin-Ochanomizu, Tokyo. In this seminar, we will provide a detailed explanation of budget preparation and cost management considerations in plant construction projects, change cost management, and practical aspects of project cost control, incorporating exercises and calculation examples.
