(Tokyo Headquarters: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, Hiroshima Headquarters: Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, President: Takaaki Yamamoto, hereinafter referred to as Dream Arts), a leading company in the "democratization of digital technology," have announced that Rinnai has adopted the enterprise digitalization cloud "SmartDB" as the foundation for digitizing paper and Excel operations in its sales activities. Rinnai will begin using business applications built on SmartDB with 1,000 employees starting in August 2022. There are plans to expand the scope of applicable operations and usage, with an expectation of utilizing it with 2,500 employees as the in-house development foundation for the entire company in the future.
