The Neji-Zaurus GT has been registered as a three-dimensional trademark!
A three-dimensional trademark is a new type of trademark that allows products or services to be identified by their three-dimensional shape, like the containers of Yakult or the dolls of Colonel Sanders and Peko-chan. Currently, there are about 2,000 registered three-dimensional trademarks in Japan, and the Screwzilla is the first in the category of hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers).
The name "Screwzilla" was registered as a protective mark in October last year and recognized as a well-known trademark in Japan in May this year.
It is a great honor and a joy that the distinctiveness of Screwzilla has been recognized not only by its name but also by its three-dimensional shape. I am very grateful to everyone who has supported and cherished Screwzilla.
We will continue to develop tools that will be useful to everyone, so thank you for your continued support.
